Newly Built Apartment with Pool

Points positifs : Super appartement dans residence calme avec piscine , très spacieux et lumineux avec magnifique terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée et un jacuzzi pour se prélasser . Marcela notre hôte d acceuil est vraiment adorable et s est rendu très disponible pour répondre à nos moindre demandes . On revient très vite c est une certitude 🤗😎

Enjoyed roof garden and proximity to nice beach,comfortable but basic apartment,require car/public transport to get

Points positifs : Roof Garden. Great location if you want to be close to a nice beach. Clean,comfortable modern apartment.

Points négatifs : Time for a small upgrade on Furniture/Equipment,dining room chairs broken,bed mattress and pillows uncomfortable,need a full length mirror,replenish kitchen utensils (only 2 mugs..)improve soft furnishings. None of this had a huge impact on our holiday which we really enjoyed but with a little investment the apartment could be much better than the “basic” feel it has currently.

Points positifs : Great space especially the roof terrace area which was fantastic.. Lovely clean facilities with everything you needed.along with a lift and shared outdoor pool. Convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood.

Points négatifs : The only issue we had was that the air-conditioning did not work in two of the bedrooms.. The property manager was great and attended immediately to help but unfortunately we were unable to resolve the issue. Thankfully the rooms also came with ceiling fans and there was an additional standing fan provided so we were able to minimise the impact it had on our stay.

Points positifs : This property was perfect and even better than the pictures. The roof terrace is beautiful, great for relaxing and lovely to have a bbq in the evening. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which wasn’t listed in the details but was an added bonus. Location was perfect for us as equal distance from Juan les pins and Golfe Juan. Also very easy to order Uber and bolt taxis if needed. Great supermarket nearby too. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was much appreciated on hot days and was rarely busy which was nice. There are a few loungers provided by the pool too. Marcela the host was extremely efficient and replied to all enquiries very promptly. We would definitely stay again 😊

Points négatifs : We liked everything One comment would be there are no mirrors in bedrooms when getting ready which would be quite helpful but that’s just our personal preference.

A perfect seaside stay just 5 minutes from the beach, with a private terrace, nearby bakery, easy access to the train st

Points positifs : We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, perfect for a refreshing morning swim. The private terrace was a highlight, ideal for enjoying a morning croissant in the sun, sunbathing during the day, or having a barbecue in the evening. There’s a great bakery just 3 minutes away on foot, which made mornings even more enjoyable. The train station is also conveniently located about a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Marcela, the host, was incredibly friendly and caring, which made the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax by the sea with everything within easy reach.

Points positifs : This is an excellent newly build appartment close to the sea. The appartment is of high standard, comfortable and has everything one could possibly need, which was very handy for our family with 3 kids. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt like at home. The property manager did an excellent job in meeting us and showing the appartment. We definetly want to come back here.

Points positifs : Stunning apartment in a wonderful location. Everything was spotless and the roof terrace was glorious! We couldn't work out how to use the hot tub, and the owner came back to us really quickly with clear instructions.

Points négatifs : We would have liked top sheets on the beds along with the blankets.

Tilava huoneisto hyvällä sijainnilla

Points positifs : Viihtyisä ja tilava huoneisto, hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Kattoterassi porealtaineen ja grilleineen oli upea. Sijainti oli erinomainen.

Points négatifs : Ilmastoinnin kanssa oli hetkellistä ongelmaa. Naapurit eivät taida tykätä tilapäisvuokrauksesta. Saimme aiheettoman valituksen tupakoinnista (emme polta).

Points positifs : Rent og pen leilighet, hyggelig hjelpsom vertinne. God plass og strålende takterrasse.

Points négatifs : Bra standard, men det kostet også prismessig mer enn nok!

Points positifs : Fantastisk fin leilighet ca. 400 m fra stranda. Leiligheta var moderne og lys med store rom. Takterrassen var fantastisk fin å være på, både på morgenen med frokost ute, soling, jaccuzi og å sitte ute på om kveldene. Vi er strålende fornøyd med både leiligheta og vertinne Marcela.
