Très bel amplacement, très bon rapport qualité prix

Points positifs : J’ai aimé la proximité de la plage et des commerces , le garage fermé est un vrai plus car il n’y a pas moyen de trouver une place dans la rue, la piscine. C’est un immeuble neuf et bien sécurisé

Points négatifs : Le frigidaire est bruyant donc très gênant la nuit.

Points positifs : Emplacement parfait. Lotissement hyper sécurisé, la place de parking est top. On se sent à l'aise directement. La piscine est un plus que je n'ai testé mais c'est top. L'hôte est agréable et disponible.

Points négatifs : Attention au nettoyage de certaines parties de l'appartement... Nous avons dû faire un peu de nettoyage à l'arrivée

Points positifs : Très bien situé pour ceux qui aiment le calme..studio.fonctionnel.literie canapé lit confortable .un ventilateur laissé a disposition .C est indispensable .salle de bain spacieuse avec machine à laver et dosettes à disposition . Machine a café ..La petite piscine c est un atout.Elle semble belle. Je ne l ai pas testée car elle était soit occupée soit trop exposée au soleil .Le garage autre atout bien que non testé car difficile de se garer dans la région..

Points négatifs : Les moustiques zone humide à proximité...le bruit si fenêtre ouverte .Très bien isolé si fenêtre fermée. Communication aisée par sms et boîte à clefs uniquement.

Points positifs : The location is great, very close to the beach! And the decoration is beautiful and comfortable ;) The landlord prepared towels, hair dryer, kettle, shampoo sets, etc., which is very thoughtful. Thanks for the coffee!

Points négatifs : Dishes are not very clean, have to wash them before using. The induction cooker is a bit difficult to use. So I only used the microwave there. Lack of trash bin outside the toilet.

Points positifs : Nice location for festival visit, especially, if you have a car. Has a free underground parking spot. New and clean, has everything you need inside. Very quick and friendly support.

Points positifs : Tolle Lage, aber leider zu heiß! Die Ferienwohnung hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt – man ist wirklich in nur 5 Minuten am Strand, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit den Vermietern war sehr einfach und problemlos. Auch das Schlafsofa war erstaunlich bequem, und die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Ein großes Manko war jedoch die Temperatur in der Wohnung. Es war konstant sehr warm (ca. 27 Grad). Da es keine Klimaanlage gab und nur ein Ventilator zur Verfügung stand, war es besonders nachts sehr unangenehm. Mit offenem Fenster konnte man wegen des Straßenlärms nicht schlafen, während es bei geschlossenem Fenster angenehm ruhig war – aber eben auch unerträglich heiß. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit, wären aber froh gewesen, wenn die Temperatur in der Wohnung besser zu regeln gewesen wäre.

Points négatifs : Fehlende Klimaanlage

Points positifs : This studio is quite comfortable, very clean and with a good taste for the decoration. The bathroom has a great space and you can feel very comfortable there ( good for the people who spent hours there). The shower and the hot water worked properly, but wasn't necessary this summer. The location couldn't be better, you can find the water-clean beach at 7 min by walk, and restaurant and supermarket at the same distance. The catch for me it was the pizza place at 5min by walk 👌🏾👌🏾. I strongly recommend it for couples or solo traveling.

Points négatifs : The sofa-bed was making a bit of noise just for moving, but nothing annoying.

Points négatifs : Canapea în loc de un pat matrimonial, zgomotoasa și deloc confortabila. Lipsa aer condiționat, compensata de un ventilator.
