Points positifs : Smooth checkin and helpful host. The location is perfect. Also Perfect for long stays because it’s very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped.

Points négatifs : Not very modern decor & furniture but this is probably a personal taste. Maybe check the dust and warm the flat prior checkin ( especially in the winter ) to make it more cozy and welcoming

A nice, one week stay at Martin’s apartment

Points positifs : The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. We had a long stay (7 nights) and enjoyed very much the terrace and the kitchen, we cooked a lot. Washing machine also availabe. Main cities are close (Cannes and Antibes just about 15mins by car) so it’s tactical to visit Cote d’Azure. That was no specific need for air condition, we were fine even if outside was more than 30 degrees.

Points négatifs : Some difficulties getting in touch with local contact, but Martin who is the owner was ready to help from the distance. .Parking can be an issue because its not free close to the house but you can arrange yourself nearby.As we had a long stay, it would have been nice to provide more basic equipment such as toilet paper, an extra towel, bags for the dustbin and so on. Some minor issues to fix in the house. Please change the pillow, it’s really unconfortable.

Very nice fully-equipped apartment

Points positifs : Very nice fully-equipped apartment. We really enjoyed the kitchen. Has everything you need to make a variety of meals, and there is a large Intermarche supermarket nearby which also sells discount petrol. This is a residential area of town, so not full of tourists. The owner is not on site, but was relatively quick to answer questions. A good choice if you want a full apartment experience.

Points négatifs : The only negatives (and these are minor points): 1) No air conditioning, so if it's hot, you only enjoy a small fan. It usually cools down at night, so sleep is possible. 2) The washing machine has a 'touchy' door. It seems like you close it, but it's not. You have to push the door a little harder to get it to work. 3) The shower water pressure is a little low.

Points positifs : Host was exceptional. He cooperates a lot. Everything was so perfect.

Points positifs : I booked this apartment for my mom, and she was very happy with both the location and the apartment itself. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great area. During check-in, she needed to call the host for instructions. Even though the host didn’t speak any French, they were still very helpful and coordinated smoothly with the apartment’s caretaker to make sure everything went well. My mom had a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay overall. Would definitely recommend!

Apartamento amplio para visitar Costa Azul y Provenza

Points positifs : El apartamento es grande y está bien situado para visitar tanto la Costa Azul como la Provenza

Points négatifs : No tiene aire acondicionado y en éstos días de tanto calor se nota un montón. Da la sensación de estar algo descuidada. Tiene detallitos como que la persiana de la habitación no funciona. La cortina del salón está suelta, no tenía almohadas extra, había muchas hormigas en la terraza que se subían a la mesa... Es una lástima porque no son cosas graves, pero que hacen que la estancia no sea redonda.
