Points positifs : Emplacement parfait ... à qques mètres de la plage et des commerces. Un marché sur le boulevard le vendredi matin top

Points positifs : L'hôte était accessible, aussi bien pour l'heure d'arrivée que celle du départ. Appartement très bien placé, près de la mer, très propre L'attention de cette dame avec des fruits, confiture, beurre, café. Top. Pour le ménage je n'ai rien acheté en produit, il y avait tout. J'y retournerai avec plaisir

Points négatifs : Rien.

Points positifs : Un studio très confortable avec un coin cuisine. Bien placé, quelques minutes à pied de la plage, gare de train 10 minutes à pied, de nombreux restaurants juste à côté. Le studio est bien climatisé, double vitrage, on n'entends pas les bruits de la rue. Merci à Marie pour l'accueil, notre séjour a été formidable!

Points positifs : Configuration du studio, un espace nuit indépendant pour 1 enfant par exemple. Logement qui est doté du nécessaire pour les vacances.

Points positifs : Lovely little studio, perfect for couples! Just footsteps to the beach, next to the restaurants, shops and just accross the local food market. Beside the location, apparment is impeccably clean, with all the necessities you may need, like washing machine, coffee maker, etc... And the landlords are really nice people, warm and truly welcoming. Absolutely fantastic value for money.

Points positifs : A light continental breakfast was provided which was fine for our first morning in the apartment. The bathroom had sufficient towels and the shower was excellent both in construction and in provision of hot water. The location opposite the racetrack and only 300m from the beach was perfect. Lots of local restaurants and supermarkets. Very secure.

Points négatifs : There was nothing we didn’t like. ( However it seems to me it is an apartment best suited to two singles and not a couple because of the beds. ie. A single and a sofa bed. That was not a problem in our case but a honeymoon couple I believe would be disappointed. )

Points positifs : alloggio ben fornito e in posizione comoda per raggiungere tutte le località della costa.

Points négatifs : il parcheggio riservato, essendo in una zona condominiale, non sempre è disponibile

Points positifs : За свою ціну — просто чудові апартаменти, за якими ретельно доглядають. Видно, що господиня (дуже приємна жінка) вкладає в них душу, і завдяки цьому атмосфера — дуже затишна, по-домашньому тепла. Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. А ще — зручне розташування у спокійному районі, де легко знайти місце для паркування.

Points négatifs : Все сподобалося.

Convenient and great place.

Points positifs : The location is great. 5 minutes from the ocean, 10 minutes to the train (10 Euros round-trip to Nice), and 25 minutes to Haute Canges. There is a wonderful boulangerie within 5 minutes, which is open every day, and a very good Lebanese restaurant around the corner. Friday is market day right outside. It is a studio apartment, and it is small. But it has everything we needed, since we spent all day outside. We had breakfast on the balcony every day. The place is 20 minutes from the Nice airport and could not be more convenient if you fly in. Marie was very friendly and reponssive.

Points négatifs : The following were minor inconveniences and cultural observations: There is a parking spot, which is very important because street parking can get expensive. But the spots are tiny. We had a rental car and were concerned about scraping the car (we did not). We did not like the coffee maker that uses capsules. They are not environmentally friendly and can only buy them in packs of 12, so we ended up counting how many cups we can drink. We are not used to a digital stove and accidentally pushed the child lock ... it took us forever to figure this out.
