Well located cute property next to the market. Perfect place for an Antibes getway!

Points positifs : The property is very well located. It's a short walk from the town centre and situated close to the market and also to a very festive sing-along pub. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Points négatifs : I liked everything about the room. There is a long spiral stairway to get to the room. This was not an issue at all though.

Points négatifs : Access up the stairs but this type of apartment in old town is to be expected. So not really a complaint

Points positifs : The Sade property has everything needed for a short, relaxing stay in Antibes. Located in the heart of the old city, it offers quick and easy access to all major attractions. Moderately sized, bright, and cozy, it blends old-world charm with modern amenities and fixtures. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Our host, Ivan, was extremely hospitable, helpful, and easy to reach. His detailed instructions made self check-in and check-out smooth and convenient—especially helpful for our early departure. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Points positifs : The location is fantastic - right in the heart of Antibes old town, and opposite the market. The house is great, traditional feel with great space. Super clean and homely.

Points négatifs : Just to mention the head height of the bedrooms upstairs is low, but not a huge deal as we didn’t spend much time in them. Would have loved earlier check-in and later check out, but didn’t get a response on this request.

Great for a cozy stay in Antibes

Lovely stay, cute flat, great town to visit.

Points positifs : Really nice quaint apartment, right in the centre of Antibes, next to the market and near the beach. It's a cute apartment, homely and well equipped with everything you would need. We were only here 2 nights but easily could stay longer. The town is lovely and has lots to do as well.

Points négatifs : I didn't mind the stairs or entrance but some people might find the stair hard to get up/down (e.g. with small children or with disabilities). Although the instructions were excellent, it was still a little confusing because the apartment is located (3 floors) above a bar and you share the lower door with the bar. Not a problem - no noise/disturbance but it was a little confusing on arrival as it was unusual for me.

Points positifs : Die Lage war perfekt, alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, im Wohnzimmer konnte man sich gut aufhalten. Alles notwendige war vorhanden.

Points négatifs : Die Treppen sind wirklich sehr sehr steil, aber vorherige Kommentare hatten uns darauf schon vorbereitet. Falls man die Wahl hat unbedingt für den kleinen Koffer entscheiden :). Wenn man im Wohnzimmer schläft wird man tatsächlich 6 Uhr wach aufgrund der Marktstände.

Centrally located to so many lovely restaurants and good coffee!

Points positifs : Charming little apartment above the markets and a lively Absinthe bar! Clean and well maintained. Perfect location for shops, cafes and restaurants and the markets are right down stairs. We were surprised to find that no noise carried up to the apartment at night. The Absinthe bar was so fun to visit, lots of sing along with the piano player & musicians. The apartment had comfortable beds with clean sheets and a very comfortable sofa bed too. The aircon kept us cool on hot days. Handy to have the washer and dryer after a few beach trips and the Cap’Antibes hike. Beware the staircase leading up to the apartment, it’s tough to get large suitcases up the narrow spiral stairs , very steep but we managed it with 2 people holding the top and tail of one suitcase, going up one at a time.

We had very pleasant stay in the property.

Points positifs : Charming top floor apartment with bedrooms in the attic. Beds very comfortable with clean sheets and towels. Very convenient right next to the market.

Points négatifs : It is on the top of a very popular bar. The bar closed up in the early morning hours which will lockdown the entrance. Key needed to open it from inside. Hard to get out in case of emergency.
