Duplex agréable et bien aménagé, idéalement situé dans le Vieil Antibes

Points positifs : L'emplacement est idéal dans la vieille ville, près des remparts, du marché provençal, du musée Picasso et de la Cathédrale,... La maison est bien aménagée malgré l'espace réduit et la décoration agréable et bien pensée (notamment le miroir qui agrandit l'espace).

Points négatifs : L'espace trop réduit de la première chambre avec un lit 2 places qui empêche de circuler - peut-être faudrait-il le remplacer par un lit pour 1 personne puisque pour 2 le manque d'espace rend la chambre inconfortable?

Nous avons adoré

Points positifs : L'appartement est plutôt une maisonnette puisqu'on y accède directement et que les chambres sont à l'étage. La cuisine était très bien équipée, on a apprécié les ingrédients de base à notre disposition. S'il avait fait plus chaud, nous nous serions installés avec plaisir au petit coin jardin devant la porte. L'endroit est parfait, à côté de la mer et des boutiques et cafés de la vieille ville. Nous nous y sommes très bien sentis.

Points négatifs : Nous avons eu besoin d'aide pour ouvrir la première fois la très vieille porte et grille d'entrée.

Points positifs : Très confortable, moderne et refait à neuf, très propre. Buffet des petit déjeuner très varié et très bon. Piscine agréable et propre. Environnement des falaises exceptionnel. Très proche des Gorges et du village. Personnel très attentif et aimable. Je recommande

Points négatifs : Désolé, rien 😂

Points positifs : location, the architecture, good washing machine and nice fluffy towels in reasonable number. And the provision of basics for the kitchen.

Points négatifs : Kitchen a bit small. The accommodation had a slight damp smell, it is hard to see how the bathrooms could be any other way (it was very hot when we stayed).

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of the old town of Antibes

Points positifs : The apartment and location were both superb. It was very close to all the cafes, bars, restaurants, museums & beaches, yet still far enough away from the noisy streets at night. The apartment itself is very nice with everything we wanted and needed.

Points négatifs : Two small things. The front door handles were a little loose and made locking it a little tricky. The WiFi was very poor. However, neither of these things had a negative effect on our holiday & we would be very happy to book this apartment again.

Points positifs : Good location. Market, shops. Rampart, beaches, eating places. What more could you want.

Points négatifs : Unfortunately previous tenants left late. Cleaners still working when we arrived.

Beautiful location and good base for exploring

Points positifs : The location is the best bit - right in the heart of the old town, with bars, shops and restaurants plus a market and also beaches, all in walking distance. The apartment itself was a reasonable sized living room with fully fitted kitchen, two quite small bedrooms and two shower rooms. It's very much an authentic Antibes house.

Points négatifs : The only reason we haven't scored higher is because major building work is going on in the opposite property and also on the main road which meant a beautiful archway cut-through to the sea wall was closed off and the construction work seemed to be underway by 8.30am each day. Fortunately we were there to explore rather than lie-in or sit in the apartment all day so it was a good prompt to go and hunt out le petit dejeuner!

Excellent location, bad internet

Points positifs : The location is great, very close to restaurants and to the sea. It is nicely decorated, the kitchen is well equipped.

Points négatifs : The internet and Wi-Fi is very bad. It might be worthwhile investing in a better connection as it is not up to standard these days.

Location Location Location!

Points positifs : The location of the apartment is superb. Across from the beach and old Antibes with many bars and restaurants. We arrived late at night and had easy instructions on how to access. The apartment has everything you need. We would stay again, Antibes is beautiful.

Points négatifs : It was great. If you have mobility problems this apartment is not for you.

I would love to return if the damage is repaired.

Points positifs : The apartment is old ramparts, absolutely desirable location. It is nicely furnished. It is beautifully decorated.

Points négatifs : I think we counted 5 burned out light bulbs. The front door handle is dangling loose. The upstairs bathroom sink leaks at the pipe at the bottom into its antique piece of furniture ,which is rotting. It has been leaking for awhile, and a strong mold stench developed over our 5 days there. I notified the managers of this twice and did not receive a response until we had left. I have a feeling the owner put this place together with a lot of love, and the managers are neglecting it to ruin, but that is speculation on my part.
