Un séjour parfait !
Points positifs : L’appartement était absolument somptueux, d’une propreté irréprochable et idéalement situé au centre d’Antibes, à proximité de tout : la gare, le vieil Antibes, les commerces. Il se trouve dans un quartier très chic, ce qui ajoute encore à son charme. La décoration, à la fois élégante et chaleureuse, était un véritable coup de cœur. L’hôte a été incroyablement gentil et serviable, toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de bienveillance. Ce séjour a été une véritable réussite, je ne peux que recommander cet endroit sans la moindre hésitation.

Grand appartement lumineux mais très bruyant.
Points positifs : L'emplacement, les équipements, l'appartement est spacieux et lumineux.
Points négatifs : L'insonorisation de l'appartement très mauvaise. Tous les matins nous avons été réveillés par les voisins (ouverture des volets, douches...) De plus, il y avait de gros travaux dans l'appartement juste au dessus qui commençaient très tôt le matin).

Disappointing Experience Despite the Promising Description
Points positifs : The apartment in Chib has good potential—it’s spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, sitting area, lobby, and a hall upon entering. It’s equipped with the basics you might need for a short stay, and in terms of layout, it’s well thought out. However, my experience was unfortunately not as positive as I had hoped. The apartment was not as clean as expected, and certainly not as shown in the photos. When I arrived, there was a strong, unpleasant smell, and the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly. There were hairs in the shower, dust under the bed, and personal clothes left in the wardrobe, which made me feel quite uncomfortable—as if the space hadn’t been properly prepared for a guest. I ended up spending almost an entire day cleaning just to feel comfortable enough to stay. I also had to move a baby bed to the other room because the space was too crowded. The apartment itself could be very nice with proper care and cleaning, but sadly, that wasn’t my experience this time.

Points positifs : Comfy, bright and spacious apartment, nicely furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very close to old town. Good bakeries and supermarket in proximity. The host was very responsive for any questions.
Points négatifs : It wasn't a deal breaker, but we felt the apartment could be cleaned a bit better for a guest stay, especially bathroom. Tables and night stands were dusty. Pillows weren't very comfortable (we needed to use two, they're very low). Living room is facing a fairly busy street, so it can be a bit noisy there from traffic with open balcony doors.

Points positifs : Podobała mi się lokalizacja mieszkania. Mieszkanie było duże. Było też czyste i wygodne. Na plus że była klimatyzacja. Bezpieczna okolica.

Solide Wohnung mit super Lage
Points positifs : Super Lage, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar Waschmittel und auch Gewürze durften genutzt werden. Der Besitzer hat immer schnell geantwortet.
Points négatifs : Im Wohnzimmer war eine Steckdose aus der Wand gezogen und offene Kabel schauten raus, nicht so toll wenn man mit Kindern reist. War leider nicht so sauber wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Vor allem Küche und Badewanne. Hier war ein weißes Pulver verstreut. Fernseher etwas kompliziert, hier wurde allerdings Hilfe angeboten. Zum Parken wurde mir sehr kurzfristig das Frère Olivier Parkhaus angeboten, nach drei Tagen erwartete mich eine Rechnung von 100€. Hier hätte ich mir einen besseren Tipp im Vorfeld gewünscht, vor allem da ich schon einen Tag vorher angefragt hatte.
